Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. For flow cytometric staining, the following concentration range is recommended starting points for this product and is suggested that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Recommended Usage：≤ 0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is strongly recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

技术背景

Target Background ：CD3 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, expressed on T cells. It is composed of four distinct chains (ε, γ, δ, ζ). CD3 antigen can form a complex with the T cell receptor (TCR) to generate an activation signal in T cells, which plays an important role in TCR signal transduction and both cytotoxic T cell ( CD8 + naïve T cells) and T helper cells (CD4+ naïve T cells) activation.
